Parts Clerk/Associate 

Job Summary

Liftech Equipment Cos, Inc. is an Industrial/Capital/Construction Equipment Dealer with a large sales & rental house in the Albany area, covering the Capital District and surrounding area and we’re looking for a motivated, self-directed individual with parts sales and customer service experience.

Liftech Equipment represents several high end brands of material handling equipment, to include: Hyster & YALE forklift trucks , various high profile capital and construction equipment manufacturers, such as: JCB, Doosan , and Trackmobile Railcar Movers , to name just a few. Your experience and professional ability to provide equipment parts solutions to a heavy traffic of call in/walk in/email parts business, is your opportunity for success.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree and ideally two plus years of successful parts sales and/or industry experience. This experienced individual will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying necessary parts, conducting research for accuracy and availability, placing orders, expediting back orders, shipping/receiving and all other necessary duties involved in the efficient operation of a successful parts department.Requirements:

  • 2 Year Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Extensive Customer Service Experience
  • Parts Sales Experience
  • Past work in an industrial environment helpful
  • Phone Experience
  • Computer Experience
