Marketing /Sales Support Specialist

Liftech Equipment Companies, a leader in Parts/Service/Sales of high end Material Handling and Construction Equipment and we’re looking for a results-driven and creative Marketing / Sales Support Specialist. As part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills, and a strong performance record in marketing, particularly with customer acquisition and audience development/engagement campaigns.

Marketing : Develop the strategies and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives for the B-2-B and aftermarket programs. Evaluate market and segment analytics and provide recommendations on how best to reach targeted prospects to generate leads for the sales team. Content creation for all media types including email, direct mail, website, blogs and the like.

E-Commerce : Manage and develop our website for maximum attraction. Uploading new and creative content, updating product pages with precise and accurate information, improving the user experience and strong mobile access.

Social Media Management/Paid Digital Media: Manage the strategy and content creation behind all social media platforms. (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube). Execute and measure advertising paid campaigns through Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and AdWords.

Sales Support: Support sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives. Lead generation and follow-up. Sales and marketing performance reporting.
•Proficient in WordPress, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
•In-depth knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Google +, Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics.
•Strong analytical skills
•Must have a high attention to detail
•Experience in data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
•Proficient in e-mail marketing
•Graphics and photography experience a plus

Required: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent. 2 to 5 years’ experience in marketing. A performance-driven marketing background along with excellent computer, writing, and people skills. Strong independent work ethic, experience with metrics-driven accountability, excellent time management skills, and organizational abilities.
