Branch Support Representative- Burlington, VT

Responsibilities:

  • Directing incoming calls from customers and technicians to appropriate personnel/department
  • Monitor work in progress and ensure that work orders are closed in a timely manner
  • Assist with Scheduling Preventative Maintenance appointments with customers
  • Work closely with Service, Parts & Rental Departments and assist with select activities throughout the entire branch
  • Work with the branch sales force to provide customer service and support
  • Ability to enter data in multiple systems such as NDS and Salesforce
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Receive and distribute office material to the rightful owner
  • Ability to work the parts counter from time to time
  • Ship and receive product in and out of the facility

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer Relations Experience preferred
  • Previous experience working in Industrial Parts and Equipment helpful
  • Exceptional customer service, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (Written, Verbal, and Listening)
  • Team player
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Self-motivated; high sense of urgency
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
