Liftech Equipment Cos., Inc. is a large Parts & Service, Sales & Rental house in Western VT and NYS. Our Best of Breed lines include world known Hyster & YALE Industrial Forklifts, Trackmobile, JCB Construction Equipment, JLG & Genie aerial work platforms and Ramteq Industrial Pressure Washers … to name just a few! We have an opening for the position of Branch Support Representative, to be a team member who has initiative and is self-motivated to thrive in the operation of a fast-paced equipment dealership. This person should be an excellent communicator and have good customer relations skills. Someone dedicated and dependable, with good problem solving skills will be a prime candidate for this position.


  • Directing incoming calls from customers and technicians to appropriate personnel/department
  • Monitor work in progress and insure that work orders are closed in a timely manner
  • Assist with Scheduling Preventative Maintenance appointments with customers
  • Work closely with Service, Parts & Rental Departments and assist with select activities throughout the entire branch
  • Work with the branch sales force to provide customer service and support
  • Ability to enter data in multiple systems such as NDS and Salesforce
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Receive and distribute office material to the rightful owner
  • Ability to work the parts counter from time to time
  • Ship and receive product in and out of the facility

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer Relations Experience preferred
  • Previous experience working in Industrial Parts and Equipment helpful
  • Exceptional customer service, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (Written, Verbal and Listening)
  • Team player
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Self-motivated; high sense of urgency
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
